1st memorial bedino prize to af cravero studio

For the 3rd consecutive year, the Af photo studio from Fossano owned by Sergio e Laura Cravero obtained the 1st Memorial Paolo Bedino prize, the photographic contest launched by Confartigianato Cuneo imprese which invites Granda photographers to represent the theme that the category association has chosen for the following year:  theme that coincides with a basic element for the artisans’ activity. A selection of the photographs received is shown in Confartigianato Cuneo’s calendar and displayed during events that celebrate the materials to which the year is dedicated.

SMALL RUSTIC FOCACCINA (about 20 g, diam. 7/8 cm)

Arabic bread (without lard) of 90 g

Ingredients: Type “0” soft wheat flour, water, 2% extra-virgin olive oil, yeast, salt, potato flakes, malt extract. 



Product ready to use. Thaw at room temperature or warm up in a pre-heated oven at 170-175°C for about 3 minutes.
